Can I place very hot water in my bottle?
Yes of course.
Can I put fizzy drinks of any kind in my bottle?
Certainly yes, the strength and thickness of the glass easily withstand 4 Bar of pressure and more. In case of introduction of drinks / waters particularly rich in carbon dioxide, it is recommended to fill up to the notch on the top of the bottle.
Is it dishwasher safe?
In order to avoid the formation of bacteria and internal limescale that takes away the shine, it is recommended:
- frequent water changes.
- a manual wash a week with hot water and 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate or hot water and 1 glass of white vinegar

I have a business, can I add my logo to My Aqua Bottle?
The logo can be printed on the bottle itself on the front side or printed on the medals in Murano Artisan Glass in the various background colors present, or on Majolica di Bassano rounds with a white earth rather than a red earth base.

To make the shopping experience as positive as possible, My AQUA Bottle has chosen DHL Express Insured Shipping service. Italy max 2/3 days - Europe max 3/5 days - United States Canada 3/5 days - World 7/10 days according to destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the national territory (Italy) is free.
The rates for shipments abroad are calculated automatically at the time of the final invoice on our e-commerce or you can find them on the SHIPPING AND RETURNS page
Will my bottles be sterile when I receive them?
For the first use, we recommend applying the hand washing tips on the package insert inside the box.
I have lost the cap, can I order a new one?
Sure! Just write a Cap Replacement Request email to our email address email@example.com or through the form on the CONTACTS page on our e-commerce. The cap is supplied free of charge, the cost of shipping with DHL Express at your expense.
Do you provide gift boxes?
Not yet but we are studying a solution, even if the original packaging is very elegant.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
